I cannot find gel ink refills for this pen. the store where i bought the tul pen has no refills. who does?

TUL is Office Depot's in-house brand. I suggest writing to them to request refills, especially when you want a color OTHER THAN black or blue. If enough of us ask, OD will respond by offering refills in a variety of colors. I hope.

Is there a way to get replacement clips for these pens?

Unfortunately, no. Although the pens are higher grade than regular disposable pens, they are still disposable pens. 👍🏽

Can this be used with other Tūl pen cartridges?

Yes, plus refills comes with some of the pens.
