I wouldn't normally buy something you'd not find on the shelf at Boots, but I did and found this effective pain relief.

Great product , arrived very quickly

I strongly urge anyone looking at this product to run as far away as they can from it. This is a terrible item that should be taken off amazon. This causes severe inflammation on first use, will leave you in a very painful condition and will make your area so painful and tender to touch. You won't be able to sit, walk or lay on either side. It took me 4 days to recover from just one application. I beg anyone reading to not be misled by the cheap price as you will only end up having to go back to the higher priced product you were distracted from. Dr Butlers is the best though quite pricey, or GI for Anodesyn which is brilliant and helped get me out of this terrible mess. Don't know what is in this product but it must be very unsafe and probably illegal as its not stated on the pack.

The best ointment for piles I have ever used in many years. It works so fast and relieve the itching and discomfort in almost no time. I will myself will be ordering more for future use and would highly recommend this ointment to anyone who suffers from piles etc.

very good product to soothe bottom pains temporarily but sudocream is much cheaper and much more effective at clearing downstairs problems,millions of babies cant be wrong!!, i can now sit without a pain in the butt with most thanks to the sudo!!!!

Good herbal remedy

I have used tens of different products for piles, but nothing helped. This ointment is amazing and it works from day one. I would recommend it strongly to anybody who's got this problem, because it really works!

La última vez que me salió una hemorroide, la traté con hemotreat y toallitas mojadas con castaño de indias y la sufrí durante un año entero. Esta vez quería cambiar y con esta crema, aplicándola 3 veces al día, en dos semanas se me ha ido. ¿Puede que haya sido casualidad y esta vez fuera menos grave? Puede... pero por el precio que tiene, muchísimo más económica que las demás, vale la pena probarla. A mí me ha convencido.
