I have order d two e and Amazon send the wrong probiotics, in same blue pack but totally different strains, 6 instead of 4. The ones with 4 are better!

Q: is this product fodmap friendly and does it contain soy

Sorry have no idea if it has FODMAP ingredients and pretty sure it's Soy free.

Q: Are the Bioglan Probiotic Balance tablets vegetarian? I see no mention of yes or no in the ingredients, or if they are gluten free.

It doesn't say on the box that it is unsuitable/suitable for vegetarians, they would be unsuitable for vegans as they are cultured on milk. It also doesn't state gluten free however none of the ingredients contain gluten. Hope that helps.

What! I've been taking this product for over 5 years and not gained any weight. Unless people are washing it down with full fat Coke.
