Otodex Petlife Ear Drops, 14 ml

I NEVER leave reviews but felt compelled to comment on this product. My dog had red inflamed ears (she gets this maybe twice a year, possibly seasonal but unknown as the vets never say what causes it). When I take her to the vet they usually prescribe steroids in the form of drops or tablets, which work but then it flares up again a few months later. This time, rather than spend another £100 or so on consultation I decided to get a selection of different drops from Amazon, the first I used actually made her ears worse, but then I tried these drops and after a couple of days the improvement was noticeable. 4 days in and her ears are almost back to normal, very pale pink and no inflammation. She isn’t scratching or shaking her head and doesn’t flinch when I administer the drops. They’re magic! Will be using these now every time her ears cause trouble and saving a fortune on vet bills!

Absolutely amazing product! The Otodex Petlife Ear Drops worked incredibly fast—I noticed a big improvement within just 2 days. My pet was much more comfortable, less irritated, and the scratching reduced almost straight away. The drops were easy to apply and didn’t seem to cause any discomfort. It’s such a relief to find something that actually works so quickly. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with ear issues in their pets—this is now a must-have in our home! 🐾

Good ear drops for my cat just put a drop on top of ear and rub it into ears..keeps ears clean and deters insects

Came very quickly it does it Job very well my wee dog is very fussy and she is super sensitive with everything some ear drops make her scratch like mad and this I have found is the best one and she likes the smell as well it breaks the wax down very well and helps clean it's easy to use my wee dog turns her head to each side to get the droops that's how I know she likes it the bottle is the right size and does soften the wax I will keep on buying these drop's.

Took my cats to the vets with a rancid smelling brown grainy fluid coming from his ear. Two courses of antibiotics and a hefty bill, no improvement. Literally 3 days of 4 drops daily of this amazing stuff and my cat us brand new. Can't recommend enough

Couldn't use as the neck seal was already broken. Disappointed. Will reorder one more time to see if any different. Was feeling positive to use on our dog given the good reviews.

Very good. My labrador is prone to red itchy ears. This settles them quickly.

The thing with this product is that it's not a "cure for all", it will work for some conditions but not for others. When I first got this, I put a few drops in my dogs ear, massaged it to loosen the wax, then wiped out the mess, and then added a few more drops after. This worked for her first bout of mite/yeast/whatever it was. The second time she got a bout of what we thought was the same thing, it did not really help, so ended up getting a cleaner and some Surolan from the vets, sorted. The third time (a few weeks ago now) she got another random bout, so I immediately went for the cleaner and Surolan that was still left over from last time, this appeared to work at first, however it was soon apparent that it was just the temporary/masking steroidal action of the Surolan as she was still having problems with itch and discharge after it had worn off. So back to the Otodex as a last attempt, wax all cleared out, dirty black mite poo removed, dog happy within 5 mins, ears still clean the morning after... I wouldn't write it off if it doesn't work, and I wouldn't praise it as a wonder treatment if it does, but I would recommend you have it in your doggy maintenance kit as an alternative/first try approach, before you go straight for the hard stuff from the vet that costs 10x the price, and is not a 100% guarantee of resolution.

Estoy encantada con este producto, probé otras marcas bastante más caras y no me llegaron a funcionar del todo bien.. Tengo varios gatos en casa y tenían ácaros en el oído hasta el punto de sangrado de tanto rascarse. Les di a todos durante tres o cuatro días seguidos y se han curado por completo. Muy satisfecha y además muy bien de precio.
