Normally I wouldn't get bothered about such an item as to make me leave a product review. However, in this case, I think there is something worth mentioning. First off it is nice to the touch. soft leather which (looks) and I hope to be hard wearing and durable. The slots for the credit cards are a perfect size. not too small so you have to fight to get them in and out and not too large so you are scared of hem dropping out and losing them. The slots themselves are layered in such a way that you don't have to go scouting through them to find the right one. If you are like me you have been at the queue in the supermarket and then produced your Costa coffee rewards card to pay - Thos days are gone. There are two generous pockets for cash and out new plastic money slots in well, as does the twenties. I can't speak for the fifties as I have not had any. I have managed to get three hundred in there comfortably and there looked like plenty of room for more. This is a tidy wallet that will sit well in either your jacket breast pocket or the back of your trousers. when the ladies see it they will think now there is a man of taste as well as practicable. Go buy one..I did and it was worth every penny.

Had this for a few days now. It's a great compact wallet, even smells of quality. Not for people who want to carry the kitchen sink but if you want a wallet that will fit snugly and unobtrusively in a back pocket or jacket pocket to carry your cards, banknotes and ID then this is for you. It has replaced a well loved wallet I must have been using for 15 years now but had become too slack and no longer held my various cards securely. This new wallet does that job very well and there is a design feature on the outside (if you look at the picture it looks like a recess around the leather about half an inch wide) which creates friction to help hold the wallet in place in your pocket. Like I said, if you like a big fat wallet with a built in purse where you can keep the kitchen sink and a fat wad of banknotes then steer clear. But if you've got as far as reading this then probably, like me, you want a good quality, compact wallet for daily use. This is it.

However, since you sent me a very nice email, let me say that I am very satisfied with my Luso wallet and there is nothing that I would care to criticize about it. It is very nicely stitched and looks like a quality item. It is also, in use, much slimmer than my old wallet - this is partly because that wallet had an outside pocket with a press stud closing into which I placed all sorts of things such as receipts, business cards, small tickets etcetera. I can't do that with my Luso but this is probably a good thing because I have a tendency to collect unnecessary items which made the wallet somewhat bulky and, also, on occasion, the press stud would give way under the pressure releasing the contents onto the floor. All in all your Luso wallet is excellent for the few cards I keep and it looks very smart. Thank you! RW.

Good quality, value for money and excellent service. It has 2 slots for notes, credit card slots both under and in the opened wallet. It fits neatly in the pocket. Bought as a present a month ago and it lacks a flap that folds down over the inside for more credit cards than the old one has, so if you want that search further. This wallet does the job well.

Bought to replace my husband's Harrods credit-card holder ruined in the washing machine (not me!) the Luso wallet was superior in every way. Exquisitely made from luxuriously soft, supple, real leather, had someone told me it came from Harrods, I'd have believed them. Until they told me the price - exceptional value. The extra credit card slots a great advantage as is its sleek, stylish, sophisticated, Italian design and compact size (remember how big wallets used to be?). It arrived in a neat, handsome box, too, and would make a perfect Christmas present. Delivery superb: it arrived within 3 days of ordering. Husband says it's the best wallet he's ever had. I want one, too, now!

So here it is, the Luso wallet of dreams. Let's run down the review checklist- is it a wallet? Check, see attached photograph detailing the play of the sunlight on its leathery lines- did it arrive unsullied? Check, and in a nice box because why not- is it a suitable receptacle for cash, cards, receipts, pictures of your pet chihuahua etc? Check (see attached spy shot of the interior from an orbiting satellite)- is it suitable for your collection of pre-decimal coins? Negative, there is no coin pouch, however I don't feel it ever promised me one. Plus, since Brexit, coins have basically less value than the effort it takes to carry them around.- is it worth 5 stars? Nothing so far leads me to believe that it isn't, apart from the fact that someone else I know has the same wallet and now I feel less special and unique.
