I first bought this Q10 at the end of April and recently bought some more because it has made a big difference to my energy levels. I was suffering from post viral fatigue and really struggling so I decided to try out Q10. This brand was recommended to me as they are a UK based company and the 'food state' is naturally occurring. I was advised by our local pharmacist ( at my annual medicines review) that Q10 takes a while to work. Well it was worth the wait. I am back to my normal energy levels now - can exercise, am not exhausted by just having conversations with a group of people and am feeling great. So I would say - give this brand of Q10 a try. It worked for me & it might work for you.

I have fished around with CoQ10 for a while now, and in terms of cost to quality ratio, Innopure is the best CoQ10 I have found online so far. I have been taking high doses (400mg) for about 2 years. It is always difficult to objectively evaluate the efficacy of any supplement, but I think it is worth mentioning I am feeling the desired effect from half the dose I usually take (i.e. 200mg). Additionally it is refreshing to see gelatin-free capsules as these tend to be more reflective of good manufacturing standards and often contain less impurities than their counterparts. Overall I would recommend giving this product a go if you are already taking CoQ10. Definitely a better purchase than the equivalent in Holland and Barrett. That said, I hope the phrase "introductory offer" is no more than a marketing tool as £30.00 or there abouts for 90 capsules would be unreasonable. As is stands this is a top product and I will personally be continuing to order it. For those of you interested in P&P, the item is well sealed, well packaged and delivered quickly. I have purchase these to help with low energy, to improve immune system and cardiovascular system of my mum as she has lung and energy issues. Wow so far great results and it has been days. Easy to swallow. I wanted a product that was free from wheat yeast and dairy these fit the bill. Really please with the customer service the commitment to get this high quality product to me as fast as possible and little extra touch of information with the product greatly appreciated. Amazing product - I have now been using these for about 3 days and I can already see a difference in my energy levels. my mum who is 80 is also using then and she has been able to do more each day. Easy to swallow and I have noticed that I can do more when training too, recovery from intense exercise is quicker. I will defiantly be using this product again and will be looking to purchase from this supplier for other products too as I am so impressed with this one.

Wow! A product that actually works. Im 47 years old, work nights and train at a gym 3-4 times a week. No matter what amount of healthy food I consumed I was always flagging in the energy department. I didnt want to use energy drinks for a short burst of energy. Then I discovered Innopure co enzyme Q10!!. I have just finished my first bottle. After a few weeks I suddenly realised I wasn't tired anymore?. No cat naps needed, less time sat around at home, longer training sessions in the gym and much better positive thinking!. l feel like im in my late 20's again!. Product is good , it’s part of subscribe and save order , this delivery the packaging was very bad , box ripped significantly and items left to roll around , I was surprised it was all still in box . I will say it’s not normally this bad. I did take photos of the state of box etc

I have been using this for a few years and noticed that there is a change in my energy levels when I take it regularly. This company, Innopure, provided an information sheet which gave me even more understanding of what this product does for me than I have found before. There is even more information available on the sheet that came with the product. This helped me to realise that I was doing the right thing in continuing to take this supplement. It really does work! These capsules are easy to swallow. The service was very fast and, as usual with Amazon packaging, very well protected.

I originally bought this product for my husband as he takes statins and had a few aches and pains which seemed to start at the same time . As the aches seemed less and he really felt more energetic, I decided to take them myself even though I was quite sceptical. After a week I did feel more alert and seemed to sleep better. We ran out of Innopure Co-Enzyme capsules and to save time I bought some Q10 tablets in a high street health shop. A mistake, or maybe not, as it proved to me that the Innopure work much better. I really felt the difference in that one month and now I'm back on track with the really pure Co-Enzyme Q10 I will make sure that we never run out again. If you are a sceptic too you really ought to try these.

I deliberately did not write one until I had finished the pot and indeed purchased a second one to ensure that my opinion was not 'bought' by the promise of a free product. I have found taking this supplement beneficial. I lead a very active lifestyle and feel this helps with my energy levels. I noticed if I took it during the day I seemed to be waking up at night. So, having read some of the other reviews, I changed to taking it just before bed. I found I slept normally but woke up noticeably brighter than usual in the morning (I am not typically known to be a morning person!). I have no idea if this is placebo or not but I don't care either way as it's working for me.
