Very comfortable blue-blocking
I've had these a while now and thought it's time to review. For blue-blocking they're great. It's essential part of my sleep hygiene now, I can still use devices without worrying about melatonin and cortisol levels. I'm not enamoured with how they look, however I am continually surprised at the comfort; I often find myself waking up ithe morning with them still on, with slight depression marks between my brow. Being able to angle the arms upward so the lens don't touch my cheeks is really nice. I don't notice any reflection in the lens from sides or behind me like some other pairs I've tried. Downside is they can't be worn with prescription glasses. Excellent value.

Excellent value for money!
I got these after seeing advice that for better sleep you should block blue light late evening before bed. No obvious effect so far, but I think in my case, any sleep issues are more to do with the state of my back, the old mattress and too many things going on in my life! However every little helps so we'll see. Plus they will probably be useful for the car. Pluses Very comfortable Good quality lens/vision Wrap round (imo essential for effective blue light blocking). No problems reading text on my laptop or watching TV (even though it does feel as if the world has been tangoed). Cheaper than many similar products. Negatives They don't feel uncomfortable but I do find them a bit snug width-ways (OK just call me big head) when putting on - I worry that I might push the sides out too far. I know you can make adjustments, but not in a way that is useful for me. After playing with said adjustments, I now find that one side tends to ratchet back out when removing (pretty sure this is linked to the snugness). A minor quibble but it would be nice if these came in a little pouch. Also it would be good if they came with more info - in addition to the general product leaflet. I recommend checking them out the manufacturer's website if you want to know more. There is plenty of certification. At the price of these glasses and whatever you bought them for, it's worth a gamble imo - unlike many other makes.

Great blue light glasses
Does the job and really good price. No need to buy expensive blue light glasses, wear these in the evening and feel great relief from blue lights. Eyes can relax. The adjustable arms might move but not an issue. Usually wear after 8pm

Great in my hydroponic grow room.
Very pleased with these glasses. I got them for use in my hydroponic grow room to protect my eyes when using a 600w, 4000 kelvin Metal Halide lamp. These lamps give off a lot of UVA and a little UVB which can damage eyesight over time. The lamps now appear orange and all blue light appears blocked. Also looking at anything blue like a bleach bottle or a Portsmouth FC (LOL) top they just appear black, so the glasses definitely block out blue light. As regards aiding in restful sleep I have no idea as I've not tried that yet, but it will be interesting to put it to the test. Looking outside it appears like a beautiful sunny day except the blue sky is now a washed out grey. Anyway they do the job I got them for and would recommend for this purpose.

They work!
Great for watching the screen after dark, but I do find the lens remove the crisp contrast of plain eyesight or reading glasses, and make things slightly fuzzy. Because of that I use them for watching films, but not for reading. The fit is large, but not a problem with the adjustable sides. Nice quality, quick delivery

Quality product--certainly worth money.
Glasses are evidently the product of quality manufacturing and design, being well built and so ergonomic; having three-point graduated, adjustable, elongating arms (so that the arms ACTUALLY sit completely over your ears--at last[!]), good lens sweep (eliminating more unwanted peripheral light) and a novel, soft, gel-like nose pinch that can deform and modify according to your specific anatomy. Needless to say, my initial apprehension with regards to buying (as I had no knowledge of, nor purchased from the company previously) was ultimately unnecessary as Infield, are a properly quality manufacturer, and especially considering price. Bargain!

Partial Solution MacBook Eye-Strain
I'm one of the people affected by the MacBook eyestrain. Just one hour on the MacBook gives me terrible pain, swollen eyes, makes me near blind for days. Nothing helped - adjusting the resolution, the brightness, the angle etc. didn't solve the problem. One thing that helped was installing f.lux which ajdusts the colour temperature at night time. It allows me to use the MacBook at night without pain. However, it doesn't have an option to adjust the colour-temperature continuously. As a writer working from home, I need to be able to use the computer during the day, not just after dusk. This is where these glasses come in. I put them on over my spectacles, and am able to use the MacBook, at least for short periods. They're pretty good at filtering out blues, and at reducing (though not eliminating) the eye strain. They tint everything orange and make a lot of the blues and greens practically invisible, which makes them unsuitable for design jobs. (I design my own book covers and publicity materials.). Another problem is that they don't give me full protection. Since I have to wear them over my spectacles, they're some distance from my eyes, and the harmful light from the MacBook comes in from above, below and beside the orange lenses. This means my eyes are still exposed, albeit to a lesser degree, and I still can't work on the MacBook for a long time. However, they allow me to use the MacBook for a couple of hours before the pain starts. A partial solution is better than none. So now I use my the MacBook mostly in the evenings when the f.lux app kicks in, and during the day I use either my old (still semi-functional) laptop or wear these safety glasses for short-term daytime work on the MacBook. I hope this review is helpful for people who also suffer from MacBook Eye-Strain and who are wondering if these glasses might help.
