I bought the Omega 3 soft gel capsules for my son - I thought it might improve his concentration as he studies for exams. The capsules were so very large that neither he nor anyone else would take them. I gave the product a 4 star rating because I have been giving the contents of the capsules to my 12 year old arthritic laborador who has responded very well. She no longer limps and we are able to walk an hour or so a day.

Love it! Well worth the money. Very easy to swallow. I am a customer of 16 years.
