Value for money. Only been taking a week but can see a difference in skin. Good quality oil in capsule.

Been taking it for a while now as was told it could help with my health issues and i thought ill try anything right now! Well my skins better! My nails are so much better! And my hair is much healthier and isnt falling out at a worrying rate! So i will defo recommend! And will be ordering more!!!

This product should be in your diet in any form. It makes a good supplement and especially older people who suffer fromjoint issues shoul take plenty of it. ( The body stores it especially. in the joints.) By plenty I mean the recomended amount not more if possible because then it can have a poisonous effect.

Googled and a dr recommended these with Nordic Naturals Omega Woman to stop my excruciating breast pain. Its the only thing that works. When I stop taking, pain returns.

Can't notice any difference
