I have tried many different kinds of neck pillows and this is the best one I’ve found. It’s soft but provides support, allows me to make different adjustments depending if I’m sitting up or lying down. It’s washable and folds into a bag. Yes, it’s bigger than an inflatable but definitely more comfortable!

I forgot to put a rating on my last comment. This neck pillow is soft & comfortable. It went around my neck just fine. I needed a neck pillow that goes completely around my neck for support during a long flight.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:See that thick part in the middle, turn it to the seat rest or windows and its the perfect shape to rest your face. Flight from San Francisco to Germany was really comfortable thanks to this.Travelability:It really stuffs well in different configurations. Easy to pack or swap in and out of carry-on.

I have tried several travel neck support items and this one is a keeper. It is comfortable and easy to adjust. It is just the right feel...firm enough to hold my head but very soft too. It is easy to adjust how tight around your neck and turn the larger part from front to side. I think the appearance could be improved by using only one color of fabric but that won't stop me from purchasing one for my husband. It fits in the bag provided and comes with a sleep mask and ear plugs.

This is very uncomfortable, I think it's probably too big/deep. It forces my chin up so high that it strains my neck in the back. I feel like I'm suffocating. It doesn't work for me turned to the side either. I'm not quite 5 foot tall so maybe meant for larger adults. I'm not returning it because returns are such a hassle; I'm hoping that one of my sisters who are taller with different body frames will find it comfortable. Fabric is soft.

I have tried so many neck/travel pillows and they are never comfortable. THIS IS PERFECT. Really comfortable, the tapered shape also makes it super adjustable so it will fit and give the support you need regardless of the position.The material is also great, not irritating at all just soft

Initially, I received what looked like a returned item (1 star withheld for this inconvenience). However, I initiated, without issue, a return and replace with Amazon and a day and a half later I received a new pillow.The pillow itself is of a super soft material on the outside and not too firm memory foam on the inside. It holds its shape when placed around the neck and will fit plus sized persons as well without issue. It comes with a black drawstring bag for storage but also has a snap strap attached to the pillow itself for ease when travelling if you don’t want to travel with the drawstring bag (NB - the snap strap started fraying upon first use, the rest of the pillow stood up fairly well to international travel however).It also comes with a pair of single use earplugs and an ok eye mask. It’s a decent size all around and felt quite comfortable without feeling like it was trying to smother or choke me. It also feels and looks to be a well made, quality product and value for money, but only time will really tell if it holds up to the true rigours of travel.

Truly the best travel pillow I’ve ever tried! I love that you can snug it up to your neck to support for your neck and head to whatever position is most comfortable. The soft memory foam allows you to have headphones in as well, without it causing pain. You can also rotate it to any position so your neck does feel stiff from simply leaving left or right. I purchased this for a 12 hr international flight and I slept so well, thanks to the support of this pillow. After my trip, it washed up perfectly. Worth every penny!
