Kirkland Signature Canadian Maple Syrup - 1L - Grade A Amber

I have been purchasing this Maple for well over a year now. Quality is the most important when im buying products of this nature. This Maple is the highest quality, taste is superior to other brands and pricing is affordable. Highly recommend as an alternative to processed sugar, great for coffee, baking and raw desserts. Will continue to buy.

I use maple syrup as a healthier substitute for refined sugar. It is versatile and lovely in tea, on porridge, in baking and cooking, adding depth a of flavour you don't get with sugar - win-win. It will still raise your blood-sugar, so use judiciously, but it compensates with vitamins, minerals and flavour.

It's amazing best ever maple syrup.

I use this in place of sugar in a lot of recipes. Maple has a great flavor, and I don't know if it is any better for me than White Sugar, but I like to think so. I also just like the flavor. It is like Brown sugar but not quite as bitter. I use this in Chili, Sloppy Joes, BBQ Sauce, anything that would normally have some sugar that is paired with meat. I also use it as a base when making ant traps... but most people don't make ant traps so it is unlikely you will use it for that. In any event this is a great maple syrup at a great price, and you shouldn't think of it as just for pancakes. It is great in cookies, oatmeal, sauces, and anything you would use sugar, especially brown sugar for.
