Thought I would have to wait awhile whilst they worked saw an improvement in my nails in about ten days.

-So far my hair, skin and nails are the same.. but its only been a couple of weeks so.. I'll give it some more time. I mostly hoped to strengthen my hair :) Arrived well packed and on time though and the tablets are easy to swallow.

Very pleased with this product. Nails had started to grow spoon shaped due to arthritis however since using this product the indent on the fingernail has noticeably smoothed out.

I expected more from this product after reading some of the other reviews but honestly was not thrilled. they taste salty and disgusting, the packaging feels cheap and the tub is only filled to about half way (however you do receive 60 as it says on the label). I have not been taking then long enough to notice any effects but I hope they were worth it...
