Recommended by a friend. Start to use this product 2 weeks ago. I have a condition of spasm and osteoarithis radianting to my leg. I take it one hour after pain killer, the spasm is improving with gentle movement in the morning. It is okay but it is early to say.

I've purchased this supplement twice already and am happy with it. It comes from a well-known and well-trusted Solgar brand. Magnesium bisglycinate is a good form of Magnesium to take with great absorbancy. The pills aren't too big and they are elongated, I had no problem with swallowing them. There is no coating though and the surface is "chalky" rather then smooth. I take Magnesium regularly for the heart and nervous system and also as an aid with constipation. The recommended dose is 4 pills which is 400mg of magnesium. However, it is better to start with 2 and adjust the dose as needed as there can be a side effect of diarrhoea. My overall experience with this supplement is positive. I definitely feel a calming effect. I also sleep better if take the pills before bedtime. Can recommend. Hope it helps.

I was told that magnesium is good for restless legs, and that she laid is the best form of magnesium, so I got it. Restless legs is a complex sleep is disorder and it’s hard to tell what’s really working and what isn’t working, but this magnesium I think is a good component of helping keep the restless legs away.
