I purchased this sign in May and it was dead by July. Right out of the box it would turn on, but after about 30 minutes it would turn off. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in after 10 minutes and it would start working again. The plug would get very hot. It eventually stopped working all together. I was able to get a refund even outside of the return window. It's a shame because it looked great in my studio.

The glow is bright but not overpowering, and the lettering is super clean and stylish. It adds such a cool, motivational touch to my space—clients always compliment it and ask where it’s from!
