Fits the bigger logs and very durable plus it's weather proof.

This is solid, grabs logs easily, and makes rolling them a snap. Not a gripe, but if it was 3" shorter it would fit better in the bucket of my Kubota when I haul it with all my other gear, but then you lose leverage. 😉

This peavy is heavy duty steel. You might not like carrying it, but it gets the big jobs done.

I've used a wood handle Peavey for years and after replacing the handle for the 3rd time I decided to try a steel handle version, I priced a Stihl Peavey at a local saw shop but wasn't willing to pay upwards of $160 for the 'brand name" This 58" Peavey shipped well, was packaged in a box lined with bubble wrap and all the necessary parts, 3 bolts 3 nuts and the hook to install. I've used it for over a week daily and have rolled multiple large 25"-30" white oak logs. The hook grabs well and the handle doesn't even flex, I am confident that this Peavey will last as long as I am able to fall trees... and by the way I am not a bot, my name is John and I live in Southern Oregon.
