Its a beautiful mix of Citrus and warm comforting wood accents. Its such a unique confident designer fragrant boost that has me constantly smelling my hands because its a fantastic smell. I absolutely love it to pieces and cant believe that it lasts so well, even after having had a shower the fragrance is still detectable from around my neck, and that in itself is the mark of a quality product. Its subtle, its sophisticated, its just the best fragrance i’ve ever used, and i’ve tried a great deal of body sprays and after shaves over the years, but this is the Daddy of them all. Versace have delivered a quality product at a very good price, and you really are getting a Eau De Toilette that stands out from the crowd. I really wont ever consider buying anything other than this one in the future, and the comments from my female work colleagues gives me such a lift in confidence, its great. First, of the bat the things I look for when making the oh so important decision to buy some aftershave? How big is the bottle? in this case, the bottle is a 100ML bottle which won't last me long in honesty. The second thing I look for, is this bottle Eau De Toilette? Meaning is it a spray bottle or a splash bottle? This one thank god is a spray bottle which I personally prefer to splash bottles mainly because I find with splash bottles a lot of the actual product gets wasted trying to lather yourself in it but thankfully this is a spray bottle which allows you to give yourself a nice coating without wasting any of the precious. The packaging is quite nice too but then I would expect nothing less from the good ol people at Versace.Now the most important factor... The smell... Hows does this smell?... I have never tried any other Versace aftershaves in all honesty so I went into this blind not knowing what to expect. The smell is different than I expected with a very subtle fragrance but a very fresh scent unlike any I've smelt to date. Firstly you get the fresh smell then immediately followed by a very old-fashioned vintage aftershave smell which I personally really like and I personally find it not too overpowering but sitting right on the level of noticeable and not too obnoxious like some other brands. Mixed in with the fresh and the vintage you find subtle highlights of a clean smell and once you combine this all together you're greeted with a very unique smell which again I say I have not smelt before and I have to say its a very pleasant. I wore this out this morning with only 3 sprayers around my face and neck and have had 4 comments from coworkers and customers complimenting the smell so it definitely does stand out quite nicely. I judge the performance of an aftershave by the comments it receives whilst wearing it and this has done well in my opinion. It most definitely is unique and different to the senses but then I prefer the unique not so common smells as they stand out more. Highly recommended for those who like to be different with a nice clean fresh vintage smell that doesn't like to be obnoxious with it. Approximately 4 sprays have so far lasted about 3 hours smelling just as strong and as fresh as it did when I first sprayed it so no fear of it wearing off after a few hours like other brands. Overall good value for money a really nice fragrance.
