Now 6 months since installed and can only say how we are delighted with the Fire. Purchased to add focal point into a large appartment makeover, admired by all visitors. Very clean modern design is great. Remote and various different lighting features exactly as advertised. Quality very good, and packaging excellent. Fire comes in 3 modules very easy to locate into each other. I'm a strong DIYer so installation was pretty straightforward , BUT deciding location where we wanted the finished fire was a bit tedious resting on books etc to get the look right. Important as only then can you mark up the holes for drilling the fixing brackets. I have not knocked the rating back a star for this as the fire is excellent value for money, no regrets. As an engineer I can make one essential recommendation to the manufacturers that would cost them nothing and save 1 hour on installation and make it a very simple DIY job.Please provide a full size paper wall template of the "assembled fire", with drill points marked for the fire brackets. Job done, love it. DavidWife adds, didn't like the look of the fake logs, so she Amazon purchased a 2lbs bag of matching white polished pebbles to boost the bed for more visual depth. She was right of course to give the fire a fully modern loft appartment look.

easy installation and item well packed. All required items supplied except m5 screws ; no big deal only required to prevent top and bottom covers being removed. Looks good when installed ; remote is a challenge but handbook is comprehensive. Flame effect gives good phycological warm sensation.

I like practically everything about it, it comes in two big boxes 1 with the fire glow and the heat blower and the other with the two cabinets (top and bottom) also is the log effect pieces approx 12 logs plus two sizes of white stones and a box of clear plastic stones that help create that real look fire effect, there’s a choice of different coloured flame effects to choose from and in the bottom part of the cabinet are a row of led lights that you choose your colour,The only issue is that the instructions to assemble it is very vague and you need to make up your own mind how and what goes where, because the instructions are very very basic to the extent that I’m not sure why the manufacturer has bothered to put them in at all, and in the instructions it tells you to scan the QR CODE on the box well on my two boxes the only QR CODES on them were the codes from DPD COURIER but there’s one video that doesn’t show you how to hang the fire, it just shows you the components and then the completed fire working on the wall, but no information in between, but it’s definitely worth it

The media could not be loaded. I have wanted this fire for ages and it was worth the wait! So happy with it and it fits in my room perfectly. Kicks out really good heat and is really quiet with the heater on too. Assembly was straight forward I done it by myself 👍🏼 ... It comes with a lot of gems, stones and fake logs which originalally I was only going to put the logs on until my husband put the clear gems at the bottom then all the white stones and then the logs on the top as he said that's what makes it look like real embers flickering on a fire and he was right it looks fab! Worth every penny!

Good sturdy modern fire. Was spot on for our gap in dining room. The top bit too a bit of DIY to fit correctly but I worked it out so loses 1 star for that reason. Heats well and good remote

Decided to try this having had a traditional fire and fireplace. So glad we did!Easy enough to install as most of it is built ready, a few fiddly screws to secure the base but we got there!Really is a lovely focal point for our lounge and the heater is no noisier than we had before.Flame effect is very realistic and the lights can give various effects and moods.Would certainly recommend this!
