Customer service was no help. I gave detailed instructions for when delivery could be accepted and they never bothered to inform FedEx (not evenmy phonenumber). They came in unexpectedly on a rainy Saturday when no one was home. I had to scramble to get to my mother's house where the item was being delivered (3 hrs away). The sofa legs are too short I will need to change them. The couch cushions are firm and laying on them all night was a bit rough but is not something I expect to do too often. The back pillows are a bit odd looking/misshapen.

I bought this sofa for my modest-sized living room. It's the perfect size for the space, has comfortable arm rests you can use for a nap, and is large enough to seat a few people.Pros:- Large enough to nap or to let a friend sleep overnight on it- Frame feels sturdy and the pieces wedge together without tools- No problems getting its two shipping boxes through my door- Medium-light gray, slightly textured fabric feels durable (I purchased the lightest gray color)- Velcro keeps cushions in place and armrest cushions zip + velcro into place- The cushions are well-filled and wedge into place without moving around or feeling flat- The side pockets are handy- Ottoman can be moved to any of the three seats or removed altogether so the sofa is not L-shaped- It's so much more affordable than most of the other options out thereCons:- It's a very firm couch. If you're used to something soft you sink into, this may not be for you- Back of the couch could be a little taller. I'm 5'4 and it's perfect for me, but if you're closer to the 6' range, it might feel too short

I dislike the back of the sofa and arms of sofa. They need to be higher for more support and comfort. The seat cushions are nice, back cushions could be thicker for more comfort also. I do like the covers are able to be removed for cleaning

Spent hours looking for a piece of furniture to fit in my mother's small living room area in her townhouse.EVERYTHING about it is perfect! The color, the size, the ability to have a couch for 3 people and the ottoman as a coffee table. Provides a nice nook for a cat nap.My 87 year old mother could not be happier!

Really good for the money and surprisingly comfortable. Fit perfectly in my small apt and was easy to put together. I’m only taking a star off because it’s really not black, more dark charcoal grey.

This is a great sofa for the price! The only suggestion I have is if you have wood or vinyl floors, you will want to get some little rubber pieces for the legs so the ottoman doesn’t slide around.
