SO MUCH FUN!
These are a great way to get your kids and grandkids to eat fruits and vegetables! They really enjoy plucking strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and the like from the little plates. Great for other small crudités as well. Fun really for all ages. Bought two set so we could have double the fun!

Unique concept but fails in execution
I think it would be so fun to have this revolving around the tracks when guests come over. It works, that I can say, however, it was weaker than expected. The train moves incredibly slowly. I don't know if it was just mine but I put in fresh batteries and the train was frustratingly slow. It also made harsh motor sounds that really brought down the item too.The plates were a big minus. Even for sushi plates, they were tiny. You might be able to squeeze in two pieces of sushi, however, it just looks crowded. Using any more than one really looks off.Another downfall for the plates is that they cannot be secured to the train. The plate fits on the cars but don't balance on it well. I would not want to put food on as it can easily fall off.. Sure, you can use tape or some type of glue, however, that just makes it harder to clean. I really racked my brain and think the best solution would be using a hook and loop tape but even that would not be good. If you wanted to use a different bigger plate, that has its own issues.

So fun!
This is such a fun way to make dinner entertaining, especially for little kids! My kids love having multiple courses on the train and are more willing to eat extra fruits and vegetables. The plates are small and can usually fit one or two bite size pieces. Think one piece of sushi, three small pieces of broccoli, or six blueberries. The plates are very durable and stay on the train while it rounds the track. I also love that it has the option for the track to be circular or is an oval to accommodate different table shapes. The train cleans easily but is not dishwasher safe. My only complaint I have is that it needs to come with more plates. It only comes with six plates and you need way more than six plates if you plan to do a full meal service in the train.

Fun sushi train
This sushi train is as pictured and described. The set comes packaged in a cute box with Japanese writing all over the front. It is still enticing for kids even though they cannot read it, my kids wouldn’t leave me alone and were begging to get inside to play with it. It is super easy to assemble and use. We decided to use this for a fun meal time and pretend sushi. My kids do not like real sushi so we didn’t use actual sushi but I could see how this would be fun for that. I like that the set comes with extra plates to swap out easily. We decided to use parchment on the plates instead of having to swap them out. The plates have a groove on the bottom that allows it to sit on the train cart perfectly without falling. I wish that this set came with one more cart as we are a family of 4 and it’d be nice to have one for each of us. I really like this and it has become a fun way for us to do mealtimes etc.
