Fantastic warm weather tire
This is a fantastic tire for the Fiesta ST. Best on the market for the price. Sticky, but also grippy in the rain from the water channels. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent tires, very sporty.
These tires grip the road very well. It's fun to punch the gas from a complete stop in my Fiesta St.

Nice OEM tire for Ford Fiesta
Really nice tire for my Fiesta. Not as sticky as a Sport Cup, but really good in wet or dry conditions. Will probably wear a lot longer as well.

Great OEM replacement for Fiesta ST
Great tire in the 205/40-17 Fiesta ST size. Very comparable to OEM with good dry and wet grip, but with a 340 treadwear rating. In the dry they are nearly indistinguishable from the RE050As, and only slightly worse in the wet. Definitely a good choice for a budget tire to replace the OEMs.

The tire that can play with the big boys
I've driven various cars both on and off track for most of my adult life and when I bought my 2002 Mini Cooper S, I noticed the previous owner had some off brand tires and the drive quality was very apparent. So in my meticulous search for some tires to match the sportiness of my R53 while keeping within a budget, yes a budget. Let it be known that Chicago streets are torture on tires and rims and so spending money on a set of Pirelli's would have been a waste. Anyways, I stumbled across these Firestone's. The reviews were within budget, but I want to know more. With pretty good reviews I went ahead and got a set.Delivery was fast as in typical Amazon fashion. The tires went on the following day and with it being a nice 75 degree sunny Saturday, I was more than inclined to test out my new treads. So here is the my review, be it known that this is based on my first drive and a couple of subsequent drives. I dont drive my Cooper much, but when I do, I push my tires as best as I can with weather, road conditions, and traffic permitting. My initial drive was a big difference. It went from semi soft to hard. I mean I felt every bump, pebble, man hole cover on the road. It was a bit harsh, but as the tires warmed up they got softer and the ride got better. To see how these tires handled, I turned to nothing better than the highway. Getting on was real fun. The ramp was a quick right turn and I normally would take my time turning, but this time I turned in as if I was on a track. To my amazement, this little car stayed planted flat. I almost slid out of my seat with the G's I sustained.I entered the highway and as I accelerated I felt very comfortable with accelerating and merging. The steering felt crisp but when I accelerated and changed lanes fast I felt a disconnect. It was almost not like playing Forza with a wheel.I found a stretch of road and opened up. The turns were no match for the grip. Road noise was surprising low for an almost track tire. Though not as quiet as Continental ProContact v2. The road feel however was similar, again only after these tire warmed up.I still haven't tested them in the wet as we are now in fall and weather is in the 40's most of the time. I'll have to put them up for the winter and then give it another shot next summer.i hope to include an update on both wet and track.ProsGreat tire for the priceExcellent tire characteristicsExcellent gripLow road noisePriceConsTire can be hard until they get warmed upFast moves create a disconnect with the road
