Heating pad works very well. It is a good size with multiple heating options. After a year and half, it abruptly stopped working. Supplier was contacted and provided a brand new replacement. Excellent customer service.

I have found nothing to dislike about this heating pad. I received and used the pad today.The pad itself is soft and pliable. I recently had hip surgery and pad has perfect hip to knee coverage. It gets plenty warm, I used second lowest setting of 2 of of a possible 6, temp was perfect for the sore joints and muscles. Such an improvement over my old small 20 year old pad that still worked, but had the shortcomings of age. I wish I had replaced it long ago. No slip covers to slip, and a far wider choice of temperatures. Material transfers the heat to the skin well. Can be sprinkled for moist heat, but I never tried that feature, I didn't find it necessary. Provided it works as well in the future as it did today I will continue to be a happy camper. Best ever heating pad!

The thick quilted heat pad is fantastic— a soft cover integrated with the pad so much better than the regular slip on covers with a foam insert. The pad has a removable cord that unplugs to allow the pad to be machine washed. However it is placed directly on the pad itself in a very bad location It is sad that they had to ruin it by placing such a bulky cord connector directly on edge of pad. The connector is about a 2 inch diameter by 1 inch thick piece of plastic plastic. It prevents using complete surface to lay or set on. Another annoying thing is you have to use 2 switches to turn it on. One switch is used to turn it on and a second one to adjust the temperature It does have 6 temperature settings vs normal 3 Normal pads have. This is a small positive If they could bring the cord out of the pad a foot or two with plug on end and plug into the control box it would be great.

I just had to share my excitement about this heating pad I bought! Honestly, I’d never owned one before, but now I’m wondering how I ever lived without it. Got it in advance for my husband’s surgery, but couldn’t resist trying it out myself. This thing has 6 heat settings, and I only cranked it up to 4 – and let me tell you, it was so cozy! I put it behind my back, leaned back, and it was like heaven! Plus, it’s just the right size for your back or tummy, and it’s unbelievably soft. Oh, and can we talk about the cord? It’s nice and long, which is super handy. I don’t have to huddle near the power socket; I can just stretch out and enjoy the warmth wherever I want. Thanks!!!

Not long after purchasing this heating pad the controller stopped working correctly. I can plug it in and it does get hot but then it cuts off and I cannot restart it without unplugging it from the wall and re-plugging it in. That is really aggravating and also makes me wonder if it could be a hazard. Anyway, had only used a few times, had not done anything like wash it or that. Plus was past the return window.
