Update: the company reached out to me and completely took care of the issue by sending another tank as well as an all new flosser. I haven’t had it long enough to see if the tank will have the same issue, but their customer service goes above and beyond. They definitely stand behind their product. The product worked great for a while and did exactly as it claimed. The water pressure settings were perfect for gradually increasing strength as your gums built up tolerance and the machine was easy to use. However, after a few months the water tank has separated at the bottom. With no crack to be seen, when you put in water up to maybe 1/4 of the way full the bottom gives out partially and separates from the rest and water begins to pour out. I do not know if it is a fluke in manufacturing this particular unit or a larger issue, but it is unusable until I can find another tank to replace this one.

Works well but I don't like the slow start with the pressure. Our last one from this manufacturer has instead pressure. Also our other one the pressure stops when you let go of the start button, this one you have to push on and then push off again. Sometimes your hand moves and hard to find the start/stop button againwhile using the water flossing. It works great when using and has good pressure and assortment of nozzles. The items I mentioned are personal preference. A lot of these water flossing systems have the slow start pressure so check and ask if not sure before you order any water flossing systems.

I use mine every morning in the shower and only have to charge it once a month or so. The charger port is safe from water, I leave mine in the shower and no problems in the last 2 months. At this price I figured if it breaks I can buy another and won't leave it in there anymore. It comes with several heads and the tank only needs filled once per cleaning. Some days I use 2 tanks full but it's not necessary. After using this for a few days I could finally get under my bridge with floss. Multiple pressure settings are great. Definite difference between all 4. Be careful at first! It could seriously injure your eye if you're not careful. Lol.

I bought an earlier version of this flosser made by the same company and loved it. The best part was the battery life. I accidentally knocked it off my counter and the tip broke off. I purchased this one to replace it and it is even better. It has a stronger water stream and I love it! Super pleased!

Update - customer support responded very quickly and delivered the replacement. Very happy with the product so far. Exceptional customer support. They deserve 5 stars! Thank you! This worked well for few months and tip started to get stuck. Finally the Tip broke and part of it got stuck in the machine while we were trying to remove the tip. We couldn’t get it off the machine. What a waste of money. We used it for 2 ppl and had to change the tip after the use. We are very disappointed.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely loved this product...until it broke. I was starting to see a noticeable difference in my gum health and teeth cleanliness and used the product every day (something I could never say about traditional flossing). That was until the lock button for removing the tips from the irrigator became jammed in a way that I cannot insert a new tip, therefore the product is now useless. I only bought the product in December and it is now February so I am very bummed that it broke this early. Unfortunately, I now cannot recommend this product.
