Bought as a gag gift for someone who just got their first big boat. He got the humor and the kids wore it all night. Did not see overly high quality but it was inexpensive and I did not intend for it to be used daily.

It's a "costume hat". Be clear.
I was using the hat as sun screen for my head while performing my volunteering on a whale watching cruise for the summer season. I got LOTS of compliments because the hat matched the occasion. It fits fine, you can adjust the "puffyiness" of the hat, it's adjustable. Be clear though....it's a costume piece.
