This magdrill is awesome! It is so lightweight but yet has the power to do everything I need. I was shopping for a low profile drill and this is the only product that will drill up to a 2 inch diameter hole 2 inches deep. I just got done stretching the frame on a International and had to drill 20-30 holes and wow is all I can say. I guaranty you I won't be lugging around that heavy red and black magdrill I also own. Also customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I will be buying more Unibor products as a result of this great overall experience.

Needed this to drill in between the flanges tight to the web highbeams works great horizontal, and upside down love the ratchet handle that can be placed on either side great product

Well made, easy to use and came in a nice case. I just drilled five 5/8” holes through 1/4 plate in less then 5min. Machine had lots of power. Easy to get into place and to turn on the magnetic. Simple press the green button and start drilling. Has an adjustable speed knob as well as a light on the back that changes from green, to yellow then red if you are applying to much pressure. I never saw anything but green and I gave it a good amount of pressure. Solid purchase, 100% recommend and I’d purchase it again.

This is the second one I’ve purchased. I bought this one to replace a big mag drill on the jobsite that broke. The guys really like the compact size and relatively light weight. This drill has plenty of power to preform the tasks. It will fit on the web of an 8” beam. If it was up to me I’d replace every mag drill in the fleet with this model.

These are amazing drills. Love the variable speed option, especially on the 2”x 2” bits. It slows you down perfectly to minimize the chatter and save bits. 9/16” is a breeze. Great for bottom flange of an i-beam. That’s where the two I bought are shining. Solid machines.
