This is one of the best vitamins ever and I love it. Since I started taking this Dr. Vitamin 5,000 IU, my overall helps has changed most specifically my energies levels has improved and increased significantly. I went from being tired all the time to not feeling tired that much at all. Because it has decreased my fatigue level and boosted my energy so I'm very grateful for this product. Dr. Tobias' health products are amazing, I use his colon dietary supplements and it's an amazing product it works great. Doc had me on Walgreens D2 1500mg. Switched to this (5000mg) and theres a huge difference. Now to be fair I dont know if thats because of the dosage or the brand. However, I feel more energy and sharpness. Regardless, it works. Great product, I'd recommend it to anyone. The only other thing Ill add is that if you're taking more than one supplement as part of your regimen jump on to a service like rightamin.com. Day packs of my stuff makes life so much easier, dont get me wrong Im a huge Az fan, buy nearly everything from here, including toilet paper, just not vitamins and supplements anymore. If anyone tries the higher dose Walgreens version let me know how that turns out?

Honestly, it just plain LOOKS like a quality product. I will also say, the only thing I've changed in the last 2 months is adding this Vitamin D3 and your fish oil product to my regimen. I've been eating somewhat uncontrollably (thus my decades of health issues in the first place), but my weight has been the same or going down. I can't explain that at all. Historically, I can add and lose weight easily, but I always know WHY it's happening and what "effort" it took to make the result, but this recent healthier-weight-with-no-effort has me puzzled. Again, these 2 supplements are the only things I've added/changed.

This isn't complicated: A healthy diet and exercise and the right supplements and life is good. Blood work showed I was low on Vitamin D3 and I've been using Dr. Tobias fish oil pills for a few years now and LOVE those so figured I'd try his D3. It is a small pill and easy to swallow. Won't know its effectiveness until next blood work. Don't forget to take it with a little bit of healthy fat, like a few nuts or a little avocado, for better absorption. Yes, I'm posting this because i get a free bottle but this is still an honest review.

I am very fair skinned and burn in the sun easily. After taking this I ha e found that being in the direct sun for 2 to 3 hours I have not gotten burned but a very deep dark tan. So this is better than tanning lotion for me! Maybe it will so the same for you!

My Doctor recommend this brand for me! Always heard it was a great brand! Glad I bought it. My vitamin D level was low. I was tired all the time pretty much everyday. Starting to feel better now.
