Selens 70x102cm T-Shape Photo Backdrop Stand I am a keen photographer so I have a small selection of various colour back drops, I currently use them on a large stand that takes up a good part of the room. This smaller stand will be ideal for those photographs where a huge backdrop is not required. In the box you receive the stand, crossbar and a couple of clamps. I was a little disappointed not to receive a bag to put this in when not in use, every other similar stand that I have has arrived with a soft zip up storage bag included. Assembly is simple it can be out together in less than 1 minute. I did find the legs to be a little difficult to fold out, they have to be physically pulled out one by one before they would open fully. This is made from aluminium tubing which is quite thin so is lightweight and can feel a little unsteady. The overall size of this is quite small with a maximum height of just 40.2 inches with a width of 27.6 inches. The stand is ideal for those smaller objects that you may wish to photograph. A standard size backdrop will be way too large for this so you may have to seek out a small backdrop or create your own. I wasn't expecting too much when I bought this backdrop stand but I'm still disappointed. It does the job...JUST. It's just too flimsy for anything but the lightest of backdrops. Even then it doesn't instill any confidence that it won't topple over at any point. If like me you wanted to use it on a table top you can expect it to slide around unless you can weigh it down in some way and make some non-slip rubber feet for it. i would summarise it as "cheap tat for very light use".
