Lasting me well!
Strong sturdy arms considering they're nice and slim!Lenses don't scratch as easily as other pairs I've bought and the arms having hinges is a real bonus.Worth the money I guess.I

Very sturdy
The media could not be loaded. Really good quality and a big improvement from the ones my mum keeps buying in pound land 😂. They seem very sturdy and are a lovely colour. Came very well packed and the little slip case included was a great bonus. Would definitely order again.

Slightly more stylish than the very cheapest available, and do the job as expected
I only wear reading glasses occasionally (when I have my contact lenses in). They come in handy. These come with a soft case, which is useful, although it wouldn't protect them from any serious impact.

Don't last long.
They looked very nice when I received them. But a few days later the arm broke, the plastic is very brittle. The quality is very poor .Will not buy them again.

Nicely made frames with clear lenses
I ordered these, as I need to do a lot of reading of fine print (why are most instruction booklets printed in such tiny fonts these days?)ConstructionThese appear to be well-made and the frames are in a sort of purple plastic with a much subtler effect than appears in the sales blurb pics. Frame sides are spring-loaded which is a nice touch that will make them less likely to be broken.Lenses are very clear and help to clarify fine reading matter for my old eyes (I need separate glasses for long distance, and near distances like computer screens etc) These fill the gap and help me to read stuff that I used to be able to focus on unaided a few years back.I got the 1.5 magnification, possibly I should have ordered the 1.0, but I can still see the really small stuff with these, but have to move in really close to focus.ConclusionI remember the brand "Foster Grant" being a thing many years ago, but haven't seen much of them recently, these are fine, but possibly a little overpriced seeing as you can go into the pound shop and pick up reading glasses very cheaply now. These are nicer and more upmarket than that, but I suppose you have to decide how much you think that's worth.

Frame design and comfort fine, diopter gradation steps minimal, poor case.
The fashion visuals are lovely, and if your need for reading glasses is bang on the limited diopter steps offered - starting at 1 and increasing only in .5 diopter steps, these may be fine. I would have expected a broader diopter range, starting at 0.75 and increasing by .25 diopter steps for better precision. These come with only a soft vinyl case, and no cleaning cloth. At this price range i would have expected better presentation in terms of glasses care. Other similar glasses have come with superior protective cases and a soft cleaning cloth. These were attached to a card with an insert to hold the arms flat.So if you intend to gift these, you'll need to buy something better for presentation purposes. That side of things very much bargain basement.
