Good value
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item. Even though it is foam, it has a nice weight and rigidity to it.Would recommend

Durable and Surprisingly Realistic for the Price
Who would have thought this cheap sword would turn out to be so durable and decently real looking? This product is great. It is lightweight, but not "too" light that you can't get momentum on the swing. It's a fun prop that I originally bought for a Halloween costume (I went as Jon Snow), but now I keep it in my office and swing it around for fun when the day is slow. I'm coming up on having it for a year now and it's in great shape! From far away, it even looks somewhat realistic. The only con is it's a bit short. If you're looking for a big broadsword or something, this isn't that. It's fairly short.I could see this being good for Halloween costumes or cheap theater performances. Enjoy!

Acceptable costume sword
This sword is an inexpensive prop, suitable for a costume party or child's play, and is smaller than a real broad sword. It has a plastic look, but a decent value for the money considering its intended purpose. Of course, realistic metal prop swords cost much more money so you get what you pay for.

good quality
This is a nice sword. I would say it is good quality for comparably priced items. It does have a hard plastic support in the middle, surrounded by foam, so it can hurt if hit with it. My son loves it. It seemed expensive but it seems all similar swords cost this much or more.

Sword
My granddaughter loved this. It is not hard plastic. Kind of a foam rubber msterial.

Reminds me of the old Nerf swords
This was bought as a cosplay prop, so it likely wont see much "play", but it feels sturdy enough for some random fun with friends or kids. With a 21" blade length, this is good for my intended use but realistically it is more akin to a shortsword than a proper longsword. Of course, if you are buying this for small kids this won't be an issue. The cross guard doesn't have any support/core and can easily be bent. It works well for its purpose and reminds me of the old Nerf foam swords from years ago. Much like those old swords, you will feel it if you strike hard enough.Overall, happy with the purchase.

Fun, solid sword
Fun sword, not overly durable paint if you plan to actually play with it.

Fun for play but unfortunately defective
My older kids are having fun with these. Unfortunately after one day of play, one of them is peeling. Still able to play with it but I’m finding black bits all over the floor.

Good stunt sword after minor mods
I bought this sword to use as a safe practice sword for cool flourish moves and stunts. The sword came in a long package without blemish and totally straight. Used as as practice sword, the balance is totally off and feels more like a baseball bat or scimitar rather than a sword. My solution was to securely cross tape two dollar coins to each face of the pommel. that moved the center of balance to just a few inches beyond the hilt, which is perfect. The paint on the tip comes off easily when it strikes surfaces, but luckily for me, it is also soft enough at the tip that it does not damage surfaces. Though the material is soft, the sword seems to have a solid plastic core running through its center that gives it rigidity when swung, it does not flop around ridiculously as you may expect from a foam sword. As a toy, this would be excellent out of the box, though its thickness gives it some considerable heft and might hurt if swung with force, despite its soft exterior. All in all, i could not be more happy with this product, it does not damage my walls, countertops, or floor when i screw up my stunts and its built sturdily enough that it will last a very long time.

Unsure of durability yet, but seems like a good purchase
This was purchased as a Christmas gift so I can only give examples of what I think before it’s actually used. I can come back to update. I think this was a good purchase. It’s very long like a sword and design is quite nice. It’s solid, but also still very flimsy so it’s very obvious that this won’t hold up long unfortunately. It would be good to use as a weapon prop without use, but definitely not for long term playing. I am disappointed more in the cost of this foam toy more than anything. My honest opinion, if I had seen this in person first I wouldn’t have made the decision to get it because of the quality.
