The item arrived as advertised. It is solid and works as advertised as well. My only issue is that when attaching the vertical support to a table or other support, the handle on the base that is used to tighten and loosen it, is blocked by the table leg, base or other support structure. It only gives you about 1/2 a turn before it's blocked.

Build quality is amazing. Super stability.
So glad I purchased this one after I looked at several different ones on Amazon. It is so stable and clamps securely. The height and reach are very good and holds my Zoom q8n-4k easily. Arm does not sag or wobble. Comes with a phone mount attachment as well. Easy to set up and break down and repack in box when not in use. Love it!
