Too Small to be of Optimum Use
I have usually people t my local Palnet Fitness suing two hands to hold kettlebells greater than 20 lbs for exercise. The handle on this Body Sports Cast Kettlebell is too small to for two hands to b hold this weight comfortably. I was afraid I would lose my grip as I tried it our right fter receiving it. I had to return it. If holding this kettlebell is not a problem for you, then you will be happy with it.
