Walk Away Runaway

This is a truly authentic read. The prose is beautiful; it catches each and every nuance. I became completely invested in all the characters ; they are so carefully drawn that as each one is introduced they create a web of relationships that have the feeling of people you really know yourself. The central character speaks with a totally age appropriate voice and tone and this adds to the authenticity of the prose. I have rrad this three times now and i will read it again. Jackson Joyce is an author to really watch out for.

Beautifully captures the rawness of adolescence. Laugh out loud funny and painfully sad. Recommend!
