Needed some B12 for my mom which is easier to take than tablets and being familiar with Bulk for their supplements, thus knowing them as a good quality reputable brand I got this liquid spray version.As its easier take, the dosing is easing with its measured spray, making it less of a chore to take. This is the first time I have taken B12 only, I have taken a multi B’s vitamins in the past, however I do appreciate just how important Vit B12 is for the nervous system and although I would hope I got enough B12 from meat , fish , milk, cheese and cereals I thought no harm in trying this vitamin.As yet it is early days so cannot really comment on its effectiveness, but it is certainly easy to take , just four sprays into the mouth daily should give you the recommended dose .It is flavoured with orange and sweetener, so you do get that saccharine taste after taking the spray.But a sip of water soon washes that artificial sweetener taste away.
