Borosil is not good at manufacturing flasks. This flask didn’t even last for 3 months to retain the temperature. The beverages c become cold within 1 hour just with in 3 months and they do not even provide warranty mentioning lame reasons. There is a small dent ( not even visible) on base of the flask and customer care quote this reason as physical damage and reject the warranty. I seriously do not understand how such a small dent would impact retaining the temperature. Such small dents are quite common over usage of flask on everyday basis. I find it a lame reason to reject the warranty on such trivial issues. In that case, none of the customers would be able to use their warranty on Borosil products. Only if I keep the product unused, it will be intact and good shape always. It’s better if your company do not mention that Warranty for a year is applicable on Borosil products. At least customers will know which one to choose. I am not claiming the warranty for wear and tear of the product to quote this reason. All I am saying is the product is not working for which it is intended to. I have flasks from other brands which retain temperature at least for 8 hours for more than 2 years. Your company product doesn’t even last for 2 hours within 3 months of usage. What a pathetic quality products you have!! Better focus on improving the quality of your products rather than giving such lame reason to the customers. Good luck looting customers money with poor quality products.
