Overall, this is a great value for a neck firming cream with quality ingredients! No, it's not going to have the molecular weight of a higher priced version, but it does contain retinol and moisturizers, which have both been shown to have measurable anti-aging effects. So if you use it regularly, it will give you modest improvements in your skin. I really enjoy the feel of it on my neck; it tingles and has a slight minty scent. I can tell it's stimulating my skin cells to replenish by this feeling. I do think it's worth noting that the instructions on the actual container say to apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. This may be unintentionally misleading, because if you're familiar with retinol, you know that sun exposure does not mix well with it. Many retinol creams have sunscreen built in for this reason. I think they mean to wait *at least* 15 minutes before going in the sun if you use it. I use it at night time, to be certain I won't get adverse effects. The instructions could confuse some into thinking that you're supposed to use it before sun exposure, when in fact the opposite is true. So, aside from that little thing needing clarified, I think it's a great product! Enjoy! :)

Always used a certain product for many many years, but it was discontinued. Of course I freaked because at sixty something, I did not want to search for a new product that I liked and that delivered the way my old cream did. Well I figured I'd take a chance and try this and I am so happy I did. I did see a difference after 2 weeks ,using it in the morning and night, but then again I thought "Is it really working, or am I seeing it because I want to see it" ? I went for a walk with a friend I hadn't seen for a few months and she said " Did you have work done, your face looks amazing" Well that's all I needed and am now sold! She went home and ordered some that day, and another friend of mine also around the same age is now using it after seeing my results, so in closing it's working and I am very happy... Just wish there was more in the jar, as much as I like the pump that gives you what your need each time, It takes up too much room and I would rather have more cream. Ordering more now :)

As part of my weight loss journey I have some loose skin on my neck. You need to be patient, this is not the cream that works instantly but only for a little while! I have had family say I look different, not so jowly 😊 I will continue to use this cream. It has a subtle odor and goes on very creamy and absorbs quickly. Love the push dispenser, as it gets low you can unscrew the top and still get the product out!

It is a good Moisturizer,Makes Your Skin Soft. Bit it dooes.t Firm Your Face or Neck.I didn't think so.Disapointed.

I love this product. I’m on my second one. I use it two times a day it is amazing. My face and neck look so good I’m 66 years old but what a difference this has made.

I have been using this product for about 3 months and I can actually tell a difference in my skin. At 41, I was noticing more wrinkles appearing while I was loosing weight and the ones under my chin in my neck area really aged me and made feel self conscious. After searching for products, I picked this one and I am glad I did. I use this cream both in the morning and at night. I have very sensitive skin and it has not caused any reactions or break outs. I love that it not greasy, it's light weight, and unscented.

Compré este producto por tercera vez. No me gusto porque la crema está muy sólida y tiene un olor muy fuerte. Nada que ver con los dos primeros productos q compré en el pasado. No se si es q está vencido o que. Cuando me paso el Masajeador facial la crema me queda en el Masajeador. Nada que ver con los botes de crema primeros. Lo pensaría muy bien en volver a comprar este producto.
