I'm a hotel security director and I stash one of these in my suit pocket. Keeps it out of my pants pocket or something on my belt. The pouch is roomy enough to put in a pair of thicker gloves, a couple wipes and an amonium inhalant.Having used one of these masks in the last year I can tell you these are much better than the cheap cheap cheap smaller kind. Those are basically seran wrap. This brand is thicker and won't rip.Get these instead!!!! When it comes time to actually use it you'll appreciate the extra thickness or bulk this adds.

Cheaper options exist. I prefer this model because it uses a thicker and more protective medical grade vinyl. It's worth the extra cost to have a sense of greater safety. Cheaper versions often have (a) larger shield size, (b) small/thin "ear loops" for the patient (which I am not sure are always practical), and (c) tissue paper thin gloves. I like to use Gloveworks 8 mil gloves--there is space for them in the nylon pouch provided.

What I especially like about these keyring CPR shield is that there is enough room for me to add a pair of disposible gloves with the face shield.

Shipped fast. Have not used the shield. We need it to fulfill a Boy Scout requirement in a first aid kit. Great compact size to fit in the first aid box and easy to store. Hopefully we shall never have an opportunity to have to use it.

Exactly what I was looking for - simple face shield barrier for rescue breathing (with CPR).Case is tough and not overly bulky for what's in it.

Mine seems to be broken..mouth guard will not lock in place...
