This is an all natural plant based Sweetner that comes from the Agave Plant

Q: What is measured comparison with sugar?

Agave is 25% sweeter than sugar. In baking, use 2/3 of the called for amount of sugar (eg: 1C sugar, use 2/3C agave) and use only 1/3 of all other liquids. Lower the temperature by 25* and extend baking times.
