Dark Spot Remover for Face and Body, Age Spot, Sun Spots and Melasma Freckle Remover, Hyperpigmentation Treatment, Liver Spot Corrector, Formulated with kojic acid, Niacinamide & Vitamin E

So I've been using this product for a few weeks and I think it's making a difference to the overall brightness to my face. I've been insisting on certain areas of hyper-pigmentation and it does seem to be fading these, but in my opinion it isn't a magic formula, like most products you'll need to use it consistently and for some time to provide real results. I like the lack of fragrance and the texture, which is like a syrupy serum which spreads well and then sinks in 90% so there's no stickiness. I also like the glass bottle and pump design (keeping things hygienic). I plan to continue using it as my skin does look brighter, smoother and more hydrated. Since it's an unknown brand to me and I want to continue using it, I decided to research all the ingredients to be sure of its safety and efficacy and I was most pleasantly surprised. The list below is info I have extracted for my own research purposes from the Paula's Choice website (ie completely independent and unrelated) and my go-to place for trusted information on cosmetic ingredients. Please note the following information is my own interpretation and therefore should only be used as a guide - I encourage you to do your own research as I am not a clinician! But hopefully this can be of help to someone:EFFICACY KEY:BEST **GOOD ***4-butylresorcinol: Sometimes called 4-n-butylresorcinol, is a chemical used to treat hyperpigmentation of the epidermis. Hyperpigmentation is believed to be related to the enzyme tyrosinase which produces melanin. Among several chemicals known to inhibit tyrosinase production, such as hydroquinone, arbutin, and kojic acid, 4-butylresorcinol has been found to be the most powerful inhibitor by a wide margin.**Nicotinamide: This anti-aging, pore minimizing ingredient is better known as niacinamide or vitamin B3.**Niacinamide: Helps visibly minimize pore size, improve dull/uneven tone, and reduce wrinkle depth. Also known to fortify skin's barrier strength and boost hydration.**3-O Ethyl Ascorbic Acid: This potent antioxidant is a highly stable form of vitamin C that improves skin tone, helps fade discolorations, and visibly firms skin.*Glycereth-26: A synthetic, glycerin-based ingredient which serves as a thickener and moisturizing ingredient in cosmetics. Have been using this for about 3 months and notice a big difference on a dark brown 1 inch circular mark on my face. It hasnt go be away completely but is so much lighter and easily covered up. It is still working and I hope it will fade even more. Friends too have remarked that it seems to be fading. You can adjust the amount you pump easily, by not pressing too hard and it seems it will last a long time. Well worth the money!

Works well and feels nice on skin

Ok so I rarely write reviews but this deserved one. I wasn't expecting anything to work if I'm honest . I have dark marks around my jaw giving me an almost beard look . It's meant for years I've worn make up every day and even on hot days I've covered the dark brown areas so they didn't tan and get darker. I bought this thinking its worth a try and glad I did. I don't know what caused my dark marks but it's a large area rather than a dark spot . I have used this fir 3 days and it's already worked. Yes the marks are still there but massively lighter. I thought it would take months if it even worked at all. I presume it will continue to work but even if it doesn't what I have now is so much better that I'd be happy. I really wish I'd taken a photo before to show the difference but like I said I half expected it not to work so didn't bother. I'm so happy I'm gonna keep going with it. I only use at night when I've washed my face

I’ve been using everyday for about a month now and I’ve seen a massive difference

I ordered it couple of days ago and I liked the product it’s easy to use and a lot of serum for little amount of money can’t wait to see the results after a month have dark spots on cheeks hoping the dark spots to clear before February have a wedding to attend

Have used this for 1 month now. I have seen no improvement on dark spots at all.The pump on bottle is not very good eitherOkay as a general face serum but that is not what it's advertised for
