I have really liked taking these Citrus Bergamot herbal extract supplements so far. I am the type of person like most people that may do a considerable amount of research on supplements before taking them, that is always helpful. I was not familiar with a few things listed on this product. After Some of my own research, I found some promising information. One ingredient, Rutin, shows some positive studies as an Anticancer, Antidiabetic, Antimicrobial and Organ protection flavonoid. I can't measure the personal effect on my body but I like the combination of ingredients in this product. The capsules are a little large but I have had no problem swallowing them. I do take them with my meals and have had not issues with after taste or belching. And I have grown to trust this company.

I chose this product because I wanted to find a supplement for my heart health. I wasn't sure if it helped my heart but I have found that it does provide a natural source of energy without crashing. Initially I started with 2; I felt 3 was too much. I noticed that when i tool it at night I was wide -eyed and bushytailed at 1 in the morning! So I began taking it at in the afternoon and noticed that I was no longer tired after I ate and was energized all day. I was experiencing slight congestion, so I increased to 3 pills as directed; my congestion did subside. This is a great natural product that will give you energy and definitely supports your immune system. I will keep this as a part of my health routine.
