From what I've seen, it works great and very gentle for after. Spray has no odor and I feel like it masks the smell that naturally on them. Small and perfect for mobile feedings.

Es un básico!! No sólo para los inicios de la lactancia, yo lo he seguido usando de forma ocasional cuando mi bebé tiene algún brote o pasa más tiempo al pecho y el spray es lo más deli y refrescante, sientes un descanso y agradable sensación, creo que es lo que más me gusta (el gel está súper porque no tienes que embarrarte los dedos y te puedes dar masajito, aunque siento que es más hidratante/preventivo). Creo que vale el precio, pienso que le daría esto a cualquier mami nueva que esté lactando y yo lo volvería a comprar (me ha durado bastantes meses).

The Frida Mom Nipple Cream & Saline Spray Set is an affordable and super helpful option for breastfeeding especially if you’re exclusively pumping like me. The saline spray soothes soreness quickly, and the nipple cream is gentle on my skin. It’s simple to use, effective, and makes pumping much more comfortable. I definitely recommend it! Will be buying more once I finish my set.
