This isn't the greatest test booster supplement that I've ever taken, but it is definitely better than some. And it helps with recovery and boosts my energy level during workouts and unknown workout days.

It works great. I can definitely tell my recovery from workouts are twice as fast.I noticed, especially when I stop taking it for about two weeks, and I noticed I was sore twice as long as I used to be post workouts.

I've been taking Ecdysterone for a while now with great results and thought maybe the added Turkesterone would amp up the benefits. Sadly this complex gives me heartburn while straight Ecdysterone from the same manufacturer does not.I do fully believe that, if not for the heartburn, this would be a superior blend vs straight Ecdy. Always great gains on this product. Built a noticeable amount of strength and added size to my frame while using. Their prices have noticeably increased but as long as the quality is there I'm ok.
