Love this scales . I went through two other scales in a matter of few weeks . Realtree scales got dipped in bait bucket for few sec - done ( wonder why they didn't make fish scales water resistant - beyond me ) Berkley scales - Led doesn't light up ( I do a lot of night fishing) which is a big negative . But then even when sun is really out - you still can't see the number on their tiny LEd . They were useless to me along with their very weird garage opener battery choice. KastKing out shined all of them . Nice led , very comfortable grip . I dropped them in the open lake ystr when I hooked 3 stripers at once . Once I got 2 out of 3 in - I had to chase my scales because they got pretty far out . Which made me realize that bright orange color was a smart choice . But they didn't sink and worked perfectly later when I had to weight the fish . The only thing personally that I would change. The standard grip on the KastKing takes some time getting used to . So I swapped the grip with the Realtree once .

Works perfect. Used during night fishing. It’s made it fun for the kids in the dock. Strong and hold fish good. Excellent product.

Scale works great but the actual clip to hold the fish when weighing is not as efficient as a standard spring loaded clip. Simple fix by adding old clip from previous scale. Well lit and easy to use and great display

The Screen is bright, its very sturdy, comes with batteries, mini screwdriver to get the battery compartmant lid off and a fish mouth clamo like in the picture and a stainless steel hook to weig it through the gills if you got a monster. The build quality is fantastic and it it is spot on on accuracy when you weigh the fish. Its super easy to use and it functions flawlessly. I used it the next morning I recieved it ( it was only a 2lb 2 oz. bass) but I cant wait to weigh my 6+ lb PB someday on it !

I bought this as a gift for my husband after reading many reviews over it, I can say they are true. This is a great product for all fishing needs. My husband does many fishing tournaments a year and has never had an issue. It's very easy to use and the battery life has lasted for months. It's also not huge, to where you can keep it in a tackle box/bag and doesn't take up the whole thing like ones we have had in the past.
