...these work just as well for me as thier Extra Strength ones. They stick well as long as I clean my nose before applying, as you should. Just some isopropyl alcohol, wipe off, applying strip, and it's great. Cheaper price too.

I think the Breathe Rite stays on a little better but overall happy with these. I use them even when I’m well & it helps me sleep better. I make sure my skin is clean and ready for the strips but they don’t always stay stuck on.
