Adults get to sleep through the night!
We co-parent so both households purchased this for our 2 year old. This is a GAME CHANGER. There are videos on YouTube you can watch to learn how to use it and integrate into your nighttime and AM routine. My daughter now stays in her room so we can sleep past 5AM! Itâs relatively inexpensive compared to other sleep trainers and my kiddo really likes the nightlight function as well. Itâs not a blinding light but the glow is pleasant so itâs been nice for us so we can check on her or enter the room at night. My 2 year old shares a room with a 5 year old who has no problem sleeping and I was concerned it might cause issues with her sleep. We turned off the noise (song) function so only the light changes and itâs been perfect. The older child also likes the night time glow for when she makes trips to the restroom during the night.100% recommend.

Flaky and a pain in the rear
Worked ok at first, but got flaky over time. So first of all, it has a battery backup which is nice, but if your kid drops it, it jostles the batteries causing it to lose power and you'll have to reset the clock and all the timers.Second, it frequently missed the transitions. We set it to change at 8:30, and we'd go in to check and at 8:45 it'd still be the wrong color. Very unreliable. But it's worse because this clock doesn't check state, only transitions, which means you need to jump through hoops to fix it. Color change didn't trigger at 8:30 and it's now 8:33? Ok, so you have to reprogram it to trigger at 8:35. And then you have to re-reprogram it back to 8:30 for tomorrow. But you can't re-reprogram it back to 8:30 immediately, you have to remember to do it the next day for complicated reasons I don't want to type out.

Super bright!!!! Lights up the whole room.
I love the shape and that it's great for sleep training. But my oh my is this bright. I have an echo glow and this out shines it all the way across the room. There isnt a way i have found to get it one set color beside red to sleep and green to wake. The glowing owl rotates through a few colors not the easiest to set either. The stars are cute but are not projected in a large area but a small section above the clock on the ceiling with no focus or dial to move the section. No sound for the alarm also just turns green to wake up. But can be set when you want for wake and sleep. For my 3yo it works for now but idk how long it's going to last being as bright as it is before I find a dimmer replacement. But it functions as it says it does and eyes open and shut with sleep and wake. You can use the option to turn light up feature off. So it does what it says and that is why I gave it 3 stars and not 1 or 2. Plus it was inexpensive so you get what you pay for.

Great sleep trainer clock for toddlers
I like that this product only has the red color, with owl eyes closed for bedtime, and the green color, with owl eyes open, for when it's time to get up.To me this keeps it simple for young kids and toddlers. The colors are easy to see and very bright when the owl is illuminated. Also functions as a night light if needed with multiple colors to chose from, and star projection on to ceiling is fun for kids. After your kid is awake you can hit the on/off button to turn off the green light, but owl eyes stay open. Then when the clock hits the bedtime set time the owl will turn red.Only thing I would change would be to not have the lights button right on the front of the owl where small hands can press it. That's why I will give it 4 stars.Would highly recommend this and it's from a good company.

Not greatđ
I purchased this a couple months ago, in hopes of getting my daughter sleep trained in her own bed, but it caused her more grief than good. I am aware that this clock does not have an alarm, and I do not have a problem with that, but the color of the clock doesnât even change back whenever the time is up which is not great. Not to mention, the color of the clock during the time my daughter is supposed to be in bed is bright red and is honestly pretty eerie. Even if we turn on the light that shines on the ceiling, the longest that will stay on is 90 minutes, and after that, the blazing red light turns back on and startles our daughter. The only reason I havenât returned it is because I couldnât find the box it came in, but all I can recommend is that you look elsewhere for an effective sleep training clock.

Not a reliable solution for sleep challenges
This is one of those items that seems like the perfect solution to your problemâbut itâs not. It comes with so many instructions, and in the end, I either messed it up or there was a manufacturing issue because the color kept changing on its own. I donât recommend it. If your child has sleep challenges or struggles to stay in their room, this wonât solve the problem.
