I got the product for around 400 and it's worth it. The immersion rods handle is sturdy and wire length is decent. But there is no light that indicates whether it's on or off. It takes 10 mins to heat 20 litres of water, not sure of the temperature but that's enough for me to take a bath.

The quality is good. Less time taken for boiling the water.

The media could not be loaded.  Good quality and really shock proof,go blindly for this without second thought and good brand ,you will get 2 years of stress free warranty and good customer support

Not great so much, taking too much time to heat. Even not value for money product.

This is a third class product with no safety from Polycab. I bought this and it burnt and blasted after using it for 3 or 4 times. When I contact customer service they're very bad in providing service. Service person told like this won't cover in warranty even if it is defective one, so you won't get any replacement or get repaired. Don't waste your money on this, buy any water heater from Crompton or Bajaj even if it cost few bucks more than this.

Heats bucket of water in 7 minutes.
