Reasonable for the price
Would have been good if all the parts were within the box. No pedals, tools or instructions booklet. Awaiting replacement, which arrived today, had a few chips of paint missing, but all the parts were in the box this time. Customer service at Amazon were very helpful.

Not the best quality
I thought I would enjoy the rides.But after a month, speeds were broken, the the levels.Then I had an accident on the road after the pedal came off.Went to a specialist, had to change everything

Wrong break pads fitted
The front wheel has two left break pads so one doesn’t sit correctly.

Don't bother
Lots of parts missing, cranks made out of plastic 😠 not safe to use. Having to pay for parts and leave it in to get serviced. Pay cheap, pay twice. Pay the extra if you want a safe reliable bike.

Poor quality
Bicycle chain snapped after just two days of use!Again, no facility to contact seller (for a replacement chain) other than send the whole thing back under the Amazon guarantee.Granted this is a budget brand but as the second defective bicycle purchased now, not a brand I feel I can trust.
