Well built east to use
Use for work and it is sturdy and easy to set up. Rides in the back of my truck and takes a beating but holds up good.

good solid appearance and feel, but shipping box does not survive a USPS transit.
tripod appears to be built well and looks good. shipping through amazon with no damage to box or productpurchased 4 total. 1 was delivered by amazon, the other 3 were delivered by usps. The ones delivered by usps had damaged and unopen boxes. The bag that comes with the tripod was damaged with black smudges and rips in the fabric for each one that was delivered by usps.

Sturdy Tri-Pod
So far, so good. I prefer the tri-pods over the bi-pods, the only time I will use the bi-pod is when I'm walking with the GPS pole. This tri-pod is sturdy and strong, the legs extend quite a bit so tough set-ups are no problem. One thing I noticed, keep an eye on the metal tips on the legs, they are shipped not screwed on, I have had to tighten them 3 or 4 times, it seems they loosen while being stored in the back of a moving vehicle.Price was good , shipping was good, thumbs up!

Good buy
The tripod is very lightweight and certain does this job. Although I haven't had any issues, it doesn't see m that it will hold up well to the rigors of heavy use. However, it is a good buy for the money.

I use this for static GPS observations for land surveying purposes. It is much more stable in the wind than a thumb release bipod. I typically leave it set up any where from 1-4 hours, and I always find that it has remained level the whole time.
