Good, but only half the bottle, cracked pills and a big mess
Good peobiotic, yet the bottle came wirh half of the pills broken and powder everywhere. Would buy again if this issue dis not persist. Could not return due window of return closing. Check pills upon delovery to ensure ypu dont waste your money.

Need a probiotic to stay regular and product helps to that. One issue is that product is not normally in stock in Amazon.

Helps to regulate!
My husband has dealt with digestive/bowel issues our entire marriage of 25 years. He started a probiotic and it helped at first but then didn’t. Good Probiotic
After stopping my more expensive probiotic from an MLM I was looking for a more affordable, but still effective probiotic. This has been the best one I have tried. Very pleased with my purchase!

Less bloating
Stomach issues have improved. I take this along with many other supplements so it is difficult to say which one is doing what exactly. I have noticed less bloating and gas with this product.
