These are great if you have “dry mouth” like me. I can’t be without them. My only possible gripe about them is that the effects don’t last very long, so I need to use a lot of these. Still better than anything else I’ve tried, so a winner in my book.

Helps to keep mouth moist.
Got these for my 92 year old mother because she is always complaining of dry mouth. Especially at night. She has been using them for a couple of months. She likes the taste, and doesn't complain about so much discomfort during the night now. She started eating them like candy, but is reduced to only 3 a night now.

Smart Mouth is reallly Smart!
I have an autoimmune disease that results in extreme dry mouth., producing cavities, abscesses and a lot of discomfort. The dryness often makes it difficult to sleep and will actually wake me up in the night, but Smart Mouth helps me to go to and stay asleep. Another plus, especially if you're a CPAP, user, is that the discs slowly dissolve in the mouth so choking is not an issue. Smart Mouth is always in my pocket wherever I go.
