STAR WARS Bladebuilders Kylo Ren Deluxe Electronic Lightsaber

This kids lightsaber has exceeded my expectations. Considering that this is a toy and not an expensive replica lightsaber, it has crisp clear audio quality and good volume level as well as great motion response. String LED’s are used in all three blades and are plenty bright enough. The string LED’s give a consistent brightness along the full length of all three blades and give an impressive, smooth stutter-free performance per the internal graphics card programming. The durability is good for what this is. It is a toy for kids. It has shorter than typical blades with a two foot main blade and three inch side blades. The blades are NOT strong enough for dueling by any means. However, they are durable enough for a kid to have fun swinging around and lightly tapping things to trigger the responsive flash on clash. Flash on clash makes the LED’s flash on and off. They do not change to an alternate color.

I bought this for my 11 yr old son's birthday, who loves all things Star Wars, especially Kylo Ren. He absolutely loves it, it's one of the best made light sabers I've gotten any of my kids. Its durable, it makes clashing sounds when you hit an object, and even has sounds for just waving it around. It does not collapse and my son doesn't mind at all so that's all that matters to me. It comes with a connector so you if you have 2 of them you can make it a large double sided saber. It also comes with a free Hasbro star wars special FX app that lets you add storm troopers, ships, and explosions in your videos. The app itself is mediocre at best but my son has fun playing with it and he's always making "star wars" videos anyway so it's definitely a plus for him. 10/10 highly recommend for a good quality kids toy at a decent price.

I got this as a gift for my 7 year old son. This thing is awesome! It has a sensor that identifies 4 zones, depending on the direction you move the blade and makes a different sound for each. It makes a 5th sound when something is struck by it. It's so fun my 17 year old plays with it more than the seven-year-old! LOL

It's decent. Doesn't retract like my grandson's other light saber. Pretty pricey for what you get. He was happy, though, so I'm happy.

Very big, be careful if you plan to travel with this one

We bought this to replace the same style Light Saber purchased while on vacation at Disney. We paid a stupid amount of money for the one at Disney and it quit just after returning from our trip. Bought this one as a replacement and it looks better than what we purchased at Disney. So far, no issues with operation!

My son wanted a new light saber and I chose this one. He absolutely loves it. He was so impressed with the quality of it and how bright the red lights up in it. He said it was the best birthday gift he got. The sounds are pretty cool too.
