Taking one a day. Product is a new for me and I don’t have any side effects from it so far I’m only taking it for probably a week or two I like this company very much.

I was referred to this supplement by an acupuncturist. I have taken it off and on for the past two years. It does seem to help my joints although I don't know to what extent. I like that it's made up of pure, organic ingredients and no chemicals or additives so I plan to continue to take it. Directions say to take 1 - 2 tablets once or twice daily. I seldom take 4 a day, so I might derive more benefit if I took that amount.

You changed the formula. It is gritty and does not digest as easily, nor does it work as well. Please go back to previous formula.

I have real need for supplements for my knees. I have taken Glucosamine and Chondroitin for many years and they have always done the job. As I'm starting to get older, they aren't doing it alone. I have tried almost everything else, and with the exception of a the best collagen supplement that they unfortunately don't make anymore, nothing else helps but this. It does very well.

My hand doctor recommended this supplement to assist with osteoarthritis in my has and knees. Regular use has made a great difference in reducing pain and boosting my mobility. Part of my regular routine now.
